We ask all of our members to use their best judgment when posting a listing on Easy Peddler. If you think others will find your listing questionable, do not post that listing.

The list below outlines content that you may NOT list for sale on Easy Peddler. If any listing violates this policy, that listing will be removed. Multiple violations may result in account suspension or termination.

ADULT ITEMS
You may not list any item that is adult in nature or otherwise unsuitable for minors under age 18. Items include, but are not limited to post-1980 adult magazines, video games with an Adults Only-rating or DVDs with an X-rating. CDs, DVDs and video games with an R-rating or Mature Audience-ratings are permitted.

ADVERTISING
You may not post any listing that promotes any other business or organization within the Easy Peddler listing categories. Easy Peddler offers advertising packages for a fee. For advertising information please contact us.

ALCOHOL
You may not list any kind of alcoholic beverage, including, but not limited to beer, liquor or malt beverages.

ANIMALS
Only domestic pets may be listed. All pets capable of spreading zoonotic diseases MUST be properly immunized and vaccinated by a licensed professional. No endangered, venomous or constricting animals may be listed. Easy Peddler is not responsible for any damages resulting from animal transactions listed on our Web site.

ARTIFACTS
You may not list certain artifacts, such as cave formations or items from graves. Other artifacts, such as fossils, rocks and minerals may be listed.

BIOLOGICAL STRUCTURES AND REMAINS
You may not list any type of organic structure from any creature or person, living or dead. Examples include, but are not limited to a human body, harvested organs, bones, blood or urine samples, nails, eggs, teeth or fur. Skulls and skeletons that are used for medical purposes, as well as hair-pieces or hair extensions may be listed.

CERTIFICATES OF AUTHENTICITY
You may not list Certificates of Authenticity as stand-alone items, nor may you list blank Certificates of Authenticity.

COMPUTER SOFTWARE
You may only list computer software if you hold the legal license of the software. You may not list copied or pirated software. Beta software--software for testing and evaluation purposes may not be listed.

CHEMICAL AGENTS
You may not list any kind of laboratory-grade chemical or chemical compound; pesticides are prohibited.

COUNTERFEIT ITEMS
You may not list any type of equipment or device that is designed to make illegal products. You may list reproduction items ONLY if they are clearly marked both on the item itself and in the Easy Peddler item title with the words "reproduction," "replica" or "copy." However, you may not list unauthorized replicas or unauthorized items including, but not limited to counterfeit watches, handbags, clothing, coupons, copies of software programs, video games, music albums, movies, television programs or photographs.

CREDIT CARDS
Credit cards that have expired are allowed because they may have collector and historical value. However, current credit cards are not allowed to be listed.

CRIMINAL ACTIVITIES
You may not create any listing which promotes criminal activity of any kind, express or implied.

DRUGS AND DRUG RAPHERNALIA
You are not allowed to list any legal or illegal controlled substance. You may not describe the use of any legal or illegal substance that suggests ingesting, inhaling, injecting or extracting that substance in any listing. You are not allowed to list any type of material that may be associated with or suggests or promotes drug use. You may not list legal over-the-counter drugs; nor may you list prescription drugs.

ELECTRONICS
You are not allowed to list any electronics equipment that has been deemed illegal by the Federal Communications Commission. You are not allowed to list any kind of item that is designed to record the private oral, wire or electronic conversations of others without their knowledge and permission; nor are you allowed to list any type of electronic device that interferes with another electronic device.

EMBARGOED ITEMS
You may not list any item that originates from a county, business or person that has been restricted or banned by federal United States law.

EXPLOSIVES
You are not allowed to list any kind of explosive device or chemical (radioactive chemical or flammable gas, liquid or solid).

GAMES OF CHANCE
You may not list items that promote giveaways, random drawings, raffles or prizes. Promotions of this nature are highly regulated by many states and are therefore not allowed.

FIREARMS AND WEAPONS
You may not list firearms, weapons, ammunition or any item that may be used as a weapon.

FOOD
The sale of food and food products is highly regulated by the Food and Drug Administration, as well as by many state agencies. You may not list any non-pasteurized dairy products, non-pasteurized fruit and vegetable juice products, or wild mushrooms. You may not list expired military MREs (meals ready-to-eat), unless the MRE is considered a collectible item and is not intended for consumption (and the listing states the MRE is not intended for consumption). Perishable-food items should clearly identify in the item description the steps that will be taken to ensure that the items are delivered to the buyer safely and in a timely fashion. All food and food-related products listed should be packaged or sealed to ensure that the buyer can identify evidence of possible tampering. All items must be delivered to buyers prior to a clearly marked expiration date.

GOVERNMENT AND TRANSIT UNIFORMS
You may not list any article of clothing or identification associated with the United States government, transportation security or any transportation-related industry.

GOVERNMENT AND TRANSIT IDENTIFICATION
You are not allowed to list any government or transit-industry IDs and licenses, or items that claim to be, or that look similar to government or transit-industry identification documents.

HEARING AIDS
Hearing aids are heavily regulated by federal and state agencies. All listings for hearing aids must include the following disclaimer: "According to the FDA, it is in your best health interest to obtain a professional medical evaluation before purchasing a hearing aid and you are encouraged to do so before bidding on this item. If you choose to not obtain a medical evaluation before purchasing this item, I am required by law to provide to you and obtain from you a signed written waiver of the medical evaluation, and I am required to provide to you a copy of the User Instruction Brochure for a hearing aid, review the contents of that brochure with you, and afford you time to read the brochure. You must provide to me either a signed statement from a physician or a signed waiver before I will deliver this item to you. Upon your request, I will also provide to you a copy of the User Instructional Brochure for the hearing aid or the name and address of the manufacturer or distributor from whom a User Instructional Brochure for the hearing aid can be obtained."

LAW-ENFORCEMENT ITEMS
You may not list any kind of local, state or federal law-enforcement badge or equipment; nor may you list any kind of replica law-enforcement badge or equipment.

LOCKSMITHING
You may not list any type of lock picking or locksmithing device.

LOTTERY TICKETS
You may not list any type of lottery-drawing ticket from any state.

MASS TRANSIT DOCUMENTS
You may not list any official internal, non-public documents, manuals or other materials related to mass commercial public transportation, including internal manuals put out by commercial airlines or entities operating subways, trains or buses.

MEDICAL DEVICES
You may list medical devices only if you take all necessary steps to ensure that purchases are made only by medical professionals authorized by law to purchase those items. The following information MUST be included in your medical device listing description: a) The seller's name, address, city, state and telephone number; b) The seller's business name, if applicable; and c) The following language: "The sale of this item may be subject to regulation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and state and local regulatory agencies. You may not buy this item unless you are an authorized purchaser. If the item is subject to FDA regulation, I will verify your status as an authorized purchaser of this item before shipping of the item."

MICROORGANISMS
You may not list any kind of live microorganism, including, but not limited to cultures of bacteria, protozoans, viruses or fungi.

NUMISMATIC CURRENCY
You are not allowed to list any paper currency or coins that are fraudulent or are improperly described. We will report members in violation of this policy to the American Numismatic Association who knowingly fail to disclose information about the authenticity of coins or paper currency, alterations to coins or paper money or other information that might have a material impact on the coin or paper currency value.

OFFENSIVE MATERIAL
You may not list any type of material that promotes violence, racial or religious hatred.

PLANTS AND SEEDS
You are not allowed to list noxious plants, weeds or seeds.

POSTAGE METERS
You are not allowed to list any type of postage meter.

PROSTITUTION
You may not create any listing which promotes prostitution, express or implied.

RECALLED ITEMS
You may not list any item that has been recalled by the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission.

SECURITIES
Securities, as well as many other financial and investment vehicles are heavily regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission, as well as several other federal and state banking and investment laws. You may not list any type of securities, including, but not limited to stocks, bonds, mutual funds, money market funds, exchange-traded funds, annuities, life insurance policies, automotive insurance or health insurance policies.

SENSITIVE INFORMATION
You are not allowed to list any kind of sensitive information about yourself or another person or entity. Examples include, but are not limited to personal written signatures, personal photographs, personal banking, Web site account information or social security numbers.

SLOT MACHINES
You may not list slot machines of any kind.

STAMPS
You are not allowed to list stamps that are fraudulent or improperly described. We will report members in violation of this policy to the American Philatelic Society who knowingly fail to disclose information about the authenticity of a stamp, alterations to the stamp, or other information that might have a material impact on the stamp's value.

STOLEN PROPERTY
Listing stolen property (physical, intangible or intellectual) is strictly prohibited.

TICKETS
Event tickets may be re-sold as long as a profit is not made. Event tickets may only be resold for the face-value of the ticket.

TOBACCO
You are not allowed to list cigarettes, cigars, smokeless tobacco or coupons for such items. These items are highly regulated and are therefore not permitted. However, tobacco-related collectibles are allowed.

USED CLOTHING
You may list used clothing (except used underwear) as long as the clothing has been cleaned.

USED COSMETICS
For health reasons, you may not list used cosmetics.

UNAUTHORIZED REPRODUCTIONS
You may not list any items that have been reproduced from live performances. These items include, but are not limited to photographs; tape, CD and DVD audio; CD and DVD video.
